ZelloMe does not store full payment card details. Payment card information is provided directly to Stripe, whose use of your personal information is governed by its own Privacy Policy. Stripe is responsible for maintaining compliance with applicable payment industry security standards.

5. Promotional Communications
We may use your personal information to send you updates (by email, text message, telephone, or post) about our Services, including exclusive offers, promotions, or new Services. However, where consent is required under applicable law (for example, for certain text message communications), we will obtain your consent separately and clearly.

ZelloMe may also share limited customer information with independent contractors, vendors, or affiliates as reasonably necessary to schedule, coordinate, perform, or support the Services, or to provide customer support.

ZelloMe's Site and Services are not intended for use by minors, and ZelloMe does not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under the age of 13. If you believe that Personal Information of a child under 13 has been collected inadvertently, please contact us at support@zellome.com and we will take appropriate steps to delete such information.
12. Keeping Your Personal Information Secure
We have appropriate security measures in place to prevent personal information from being accidentally lost or used or accessed in an unauthorized way. These measures are designed to protect personal information in a manner appropriate to its sensitivity and the nature of our operations. We limit access to your personal information to those who have a genuine business need to access it. We maintain procedures designed to address suspected data security incidents in accordance with applicable law. Where required by applicable law, we will notify affected individuals of a data security breach involving their personal information.

ZelloMe uses third-party payment processors, including Stripe, to process payments. Payment card information is provided directly to Stripe and is handled in accordance with Stripe's security practices and applicable payment industry standards. ZelloMe does not store full payment card details.
14. Changes to This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy was published on March 27, 2026 and last updated on March 27, 2026.
We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated Privacy Policy on the Site, and your continued use of the Site and/or Services after the updated Privacy Policy is posted will constitute your acknowledgment of and agreement to the updated Privacy Policy. However, to the extent an updated Privacy Policy materially alters your rights or obligations, the updated Privacy Policy will become effective upon the earlier of (a) your continued use of the Site or Services after the updated Privacy Policy is posted, or (b) 30 days after the updated Privacy Policy is posted on the Site.

Consent
By using our Site and/or Services, you hereby consent to our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Site or Services on behalf of an organization, you are agreeing to this Privacy Policy for that organization and promising that you have the authority to bind that organization to this Privacy Policy. In that case, "you" and "your" will refer to that organization.
